I do not actually consider myself grody.  I do, however, have one of the grodiest kitchens in North America.

I like good food.  The simpler the better.  I like cooking from scratch, and the scratchier I get, the scratchier I like to go.  A really good tofu recipe might start me wondering how hard it is to make tofu.  (Answer, not very).

I’ve recently re-taken-up vegetarianism, and find that the variety of food available under that tree is huge, bigger than thinking in the meat and potatoes school.  My opinions about vegetarianism are varied and will be explored from time to time.
